Lincoln Eliot PTO is working furiously to help pay for our new playground. We need your help! How? By participating in our various fundraiser's, by volunteering your time, by doing any little thing you can. It all adds up and benefits everyone.

The PTO would like to thank Shawn Silvia for volunteering to take charge of the playground upgrade we hope to be done very early Fall 2008.

Shawn met with the City Representatives from Parks & Recreation as well as other vendors to get ideas and suggestions for our new playground. In the end, we have decided to stay with the same person, but have implemented a new plan. We are trying to get the best possible improvements for a reasonable price. Such improvements/additions include: adding a rock wall, changing the bridge structure to steppers, taking out one slide and adding a bigger slide, and adding the fire truck apparatus that we received from the preschool at Newton North.

We have been told that there is nothing on our playground that is currently out of code. The earliest the new playground can be started on will be this coming fall 2008.
